We would like to inform you that CentOS 7 and Cloud Linux 7 officially reached
End-of-Life (EOL) on June 30, 2024, as announced by their respective vendors.
This means these operating systems no longer receive security updates, which
increases the risk of vulnerabilities and security threats.

An Extended Lifecycle Support (ELS) program is available from July 1, 2024, to
December 31, 2026 but with additional monthly fee, CLICK HERE for details

Due to security and compliance requirements of EOL, we have no choice left but to
migrate all servers running on EOL operating systems to the latest supported
platforms. This migration is necessary to ensure continued stability, security, and
performance of your services.

What to Expect After Migration

After migration, your account will be hosted on high-performance, fast, reliable
servers with the latest operating system and infrastructure.

  • If your website is running on updated PHP, MySQL, and WordPress versions,
    you should not face any issues.
  • However, if your website is using outdated PHP, MySQL, or WordPress, it
    may start facing compatibility issues after migration.

In such cases, you will have two available options:

  1. Update via your own developer (Recommended)
    Ask your developer to update the website to the latest compatible versions.
  2. Update by our technical team (Paid Service)
    Our team can handle the updates for you. Charges will be confirmed only
    after reviewing your website and its requirements    .

Recommendation

To avoid additional costs and potential issues, we strongly recommend planning
an immediate migration to a supported operating system.
