Purpose of this news is to inform that withholding tax rate for the year 2023-24 has
been updated by FBR. WHT rate is 4% on IT services and IT enabled services under
section 153(1)(b).
Note:
1- Share the deduction details MUST as per attached format along your payment
2- Deduct withholding tax as per current rate i.e. 4% against NTN 7242571-1
3- Provide tax deposit receipt within 15 days of deduction otherwise deducted
amount will be reversed and may cause services interruption.
