Dear Customers,
As you know, CentOS 7 and CloudLinux 7 had reach End-of-Life (EOL) support on June 30, 2024
by their respective upstream vendors. This means that after that date, these operating systems will no longer
receive security updates from upstream vendors, making them more vulnerable to potential security issues.
There are two important things to know:
- Plan with Technical Team for Migration on Supported Operating System
- Extended Lifecycle Support program
Extended Lifecycle Support program: This ELS program will run from July 1, 2024 to January 1, 2026.
There will be an additional monthly ELS fee per qualifying license to cover the additional security updates
starting August 1, 2024. Such fee will continue being charged until the underlying operating system is
upgraded to a supported version.
This fee is subject to increase after six months (January 1, 2025). Licenses associated with supported
operating systems will not incur additional ELS fees.

Packages, addons and configurable options pricing may also be revised due to this change.
